Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernnessy (born 25th November, 1968) is a Canadian actress, singer who had a major impact on American television. She was the main character in the American television series Law & Order, where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh in six seasons. Hennessy demonstrated her skills in films that were independent, such as Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy started her acting career with her sister, playing twin call girls in Dead Ringers in 1988. The actress sat for a few minutes on Broadway in the musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, and then delved into science fiction in 1993 in the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus. The big break came later in the year after she was tapped as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. As part of the show she entertained viewers for three years until 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has been in many films and shows, including RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys from the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. In these roles, she won the Golden Globe Award in 2006 as well as an Emmy Award in 2007. Parker is also the recipient from the year 2001 Tony Award for Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
