Donald Joseph Qualls, better popularly known as DJ Qualls is an American model and actor. Since gaining fame with his character on Road Trip, he's appeared in more than 20 films. They include The New Guy Hustle & Flow, The Core and The New Guy Hustle & Flow. Alongside appearing on Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs as well as Lost Law & Order, and many others. Qualls was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma at age 14 and has been fighting the disease ever since. The cancer returned to remission 2 years after the diagnosis. Treatment at a young time had negative effects on his body. This impeded his growth. Since he grew up in the poverty of his home, he longed to attain financial stability. When I've lived in such a shabby way for a long time I need this financial assurance. Otherwise the world seems to be beyond my control. In an interview the actor also discusses his childhood. The goal of his is to stop the bullying. His experience of being a victim hurts him to the core. In real life and on screen, DJ would like to play a father. But he admits Directors don't cast me in those roles. It's great to be one day a parent himself, when he will be able spend more time with his career and devote it to his son.
