Aisling Bea
Aisling Bea is one the most renowned and rich Comedian who was born on March 16 1984 in Kildare Ireland. The comedian appeared alongside Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) also known as Aisling Bea is an Irish actress, comedian and writer. Bea started her stand-up career in 2011, having appeared in small parts on several Irish television shows and British series since the year 2009. She began regular appearances on sketch shows and sitcoms. After her victory in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a variety of panel shows where she's regularly appearing on. She was the Captain of team 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is frequent contestant in the show's spinoff, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was the daughter of Brian and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister named Sinead. In 2012 she became the first woman ever to receive the So You Think That You're Funny award. Bea is her name in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Claiodhnadh Sullivan, born on the 16th of March, 1984 from Kildare, County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was a veterinarian for horses who took his own life when Bea was a toddler though she was not told what happened to him until she was thirteen. In 2017 she composed an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and adopted her stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea along with her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) who was a secondary school teacher jockey trainer and former professional jockey. Her family were obsessed with horses and race events. When she was a child, Bea was employed as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she was aware from an early age that she wasn't interested in the racing industry as a career and instead enjoyed performing.
