Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on March 16, 1984, in Kildare Ireland. She is among the most wealthy and famous comedians. Bea has been featured on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) also known as Aisling Bea, is an Irish actress, comedian and writer. After appearing in bit parts on a number of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea began her journey as a stand-up comic in 2011. In 2012, she began regular appearances on sitcoms and sketch shows. Following her win during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a panel shows, and is currently an ongoing participant. She was the leader of 8 Out of 10 Cats from 2016-2017. 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is a regular contestant in its spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. The second woman to ever receive the you think you're Funny Award in the year 2012. The surname she uses is Bea in memory of her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan, born Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian, an equine vet who committed suicide when Bea became one of the victims of suicide. Bea was informed of his passing at the age of thirteen. In 2017, she created an essay in The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also changed her stage name to Bea to honor him. Bea along with her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) who was a secondary school teacher jockey trainer as well as a professional jockey. The family was enthralled with horses and racing. At the time of her childhood, Bea was tour guide for the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early time that she wasn't drawn to racing for a profession, but instead wanted to perform.
